Dickson Says Slow but Steady Growth in the Pig Industry

Rib Roast With Rosemary, Sesame, and Garlic

Ingredients

3 lb (1.5 kg) Canadian Pork Rib Roast

2 tbsp (25 ml) chopped fresh rosemary

1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped garlic

1 tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar

1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame seeds

1 tsp (5 ml) coarse black pepper

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except the pork) and rub this mixture all over the pork.

Place pork in a roasting tray
