Crispy Pork Belly with Roasted Apples

Ingredients3.3 lbs boneless pork belly1 tbsp neutral vegetable oil½ tbsp sea salt1 tsp garlic powder¼ tsp crushed red pepper2 cups natural apple juice¼ cup apple cider vinegar1 tbsp brown sugar3 large gala apples cored and quarteredFresh sage leaves
